    Production rate : 30 hl/hectare

    Traditionnal agriculture with respect to nature.
    Manual harvesting with double sorting
    Traditionnal vinification with prefermenting maceration.
    Temperature controlled.

    Cellar aging : 5 to 7 Years
    Deeply coloured.
    Endearing nose of jammy red fruits
    with a spicy under-current.
    Full, fairly powerful, velvety palate with clearly-defined fruit expression leading into a spicy aftertaste.

    Production rate : 25 hl/hectare

    15 months aging in oak barrels (of which 20% new).

    Cellar aging : 7 to 10 Years

    15 % alcohol

    Deep rubis red colour. The nose opens to notes of ripe red and black fruits, liquorice sweets and spice in the background. Powerful palate leaving a sensation of fruity sweetness. A generous full bodied wine with intense nose and fragances of blackberries.
